Our focus is on tropical spiny lobster and mud crab regenerative aquaculture innovation
Aquafeed
We have the first commercially available and economical tropical spiny lobster aquafeed delivering cost savings for farmers and faster growth rates. Our aquafeeds are made from premium ingredients including seaweeds and manufactured with fermentation and cold extrusion process which preserves essential amino acids and vitamins.
Aquaculture
We are perfecting and scaling the land-based farming of mud crab and tropical spiny lobster to grow the industry of these high-value crustacean species.
Research
At our Living Seas Lab we conduct research in the nutritional and husbandry requirements of high-valued crustaceans and are quick to innovate and continually run feed trials and stress and disease challenges. We are also developing mangrove leaf-based nutraceuticals harnessing the benefits of mangroves for aquatic animal health.
In addition to the commercial focus of our lab, we host intern students from the University of Mataram Department of Aquaculture, enabling them to gain hands-on experience and conduct and publish original research.
Impact
As an impact driven company, we are developing regenerative aquaculture methods that are commercially viable and help to regenerate some of Indonesia’s 600,000 hectares of degraded mangrove forests.
